Getting It Together

Getting together a group of this size is a complicated process that never ends. Not only do you have to negotiate to get the best cabins at the lowest price possible but you also have to bid for rooms to host your events. Since none of the African American LGBT groups have been able to book the entire ship yet it is often about the numbers to the cruise ships. Those with the most people get the best time slots and the best rooms. The reason we like to see the early bookings is that it give us more power to negotiate with the cruise line. Again we want to thank all of you who have already booked and ask those of you who are waiting to jump in...the water is just fine.
